How do I check that a repair company is legitimate before letting someone in my house?
Verify us yourself. Washington requires most repair and contracting businesses to be registered with the Department of Labor & Industries, and you can look up a business name online in a couple of minutes. Ask for the technician's name before the visit. We think every homeowner should do this with any company, including ours.
When can someone come out?
Call us and we'll walk you through the open windows for your area. Scheduling depends on where you are and what's broken. A fridge warming up gets treated differently than a dryer that squeaks. Tell us which one it is when you call.
Which parts of Washington do you cover?

What should I have ready when I call?
Brand and model number help most. On a washer or dryer the tag is often inside the door frame or on the back panel. Fridges usually have it inside, along a wall or near the crisper. Also useful: what you hear, what you smell, and when it started.
